When aerial coverage changes the outcome
Some properties are sold by their setting rather than their rooms. Waterfront and canal homes, acreage and land, golf-course and country-club lots, corner and oversized parcels, gated communities with significant amenities, and new-construction phases where the surrounding build-out matters.
In those cases a single well-composed aerial frame does more work than five interior images, because it answers the question a buyer would otherwise have to open a map to answer.

Airspace, weather and what limits a flight
Aerial work is weather and airspace dependent. Wind, rain and low cloud affect image quality, and parts of Florida sit inside controlled airspace where flights require authorisation and altitude limits apply — several of our markets are near airports where this is routine rather than exceptional.
We check the location before the shoot date and tell you in advance if aerial coverage is restricted at a given address, so it never turns into a surprise on delivery day.
How aerial pairs with the rest of the shoot
The strongest listing sets open aerial, move to exteriors, then go inside. Booking aerial in the same visit as photography and video keeps the light consistent across all three and avoids a second scheduling round with the seller.

Can you fly at any address?
Most, but not all. Controlled airspace near airports, temporary restrictions and certain property rules can limit or prevent a flight. We check the location ahead of the shoot and tell you before the appointment.
Can drone coverage be added to a package I already booked?
Yes, as long as the shoot hasn't happened yet — it's cleaner to add it before the visit than to schedule a separate return trip.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
Aerial work is rescheduled rather than flown in unsafe or unflattering conditions. Ground coverage can usually continue as planned while the aerial portion moves to the next suitable window.
Do you provide aerial video as well as stills?
Yes. Aerial stills, aerial video, or both — aerial motion is most often used as the opening and closing sequence of a listing tour.
