Real Estate Photography in Jupiter

Jupiter sells on water and proximity to it — riverfront and canal homes with dockage, coastal condos, and gated communities minutes from the inlet. Aerial coverage is often the single most persuasive frame in the set.

Waterfront listings need context, not just rooms

For a Jupiter waterfront listing, the questions a buyer has are spatial: how deep is the water, where does the dock sit, is there ocean access, how far is the inlet, how private is the rear exposure. Interior photography cannot answer any of those.

So the shoot is built differently. Aerial frames establish the waterway and the property's position on it, ground-level exteriors show the dock, seawall and rear elevation, and interiors are exposed so the water view stays visible through the glass instead of burning out.

Coverage for coastal and riverfront property

Aerial and exterior emphasis, with full interior coverage priced by square footage.

  • Aerial stills showing waterway position and access
  • Dock, seawall and rear elevation frames
  • Interior coverage exposed to retain water views
  • Twilight exteriors — strong for waterfront listings
  • Aerial video for the tour opening
  • 2D floor plan

Condos, gated communities and inland Jupiter

Not everything in Jupiter is on the water. Condo and townhome inventory near the beach competes on walkability and building amenities, and the gated inland communities compete on schools, space and community facilities. Amenities coverage and community aerials are the useful additions there.

Tequesta and North Palm Beach listings are covered on the same terms — tell us the address and we'll confirm.

Aerial restrictions near the coast

Coastal and inlet locations occasionally carry airspace or event-based restrictions, and wind off the water affects flight quality more than it does inland. We check the address in advance and, if the aerial portion needs to move to a different window, ground coverage proceeds as scheduled.

Jupiter — Frequently Asked

Do you shoot docks and waterfront access?

Yes — dock, seawall and water access are covered on the ground and from the air, because they're usually the reason a waterfront listing is priced where it is.

Can you photograph a home so the water view is visible through the windows?

Yes. Exposure blending keeps the interior bright while retaining the view outside, rather than choosing one at the expense of the other.

Do you cover Tequesta and North Palm Beach?

Yes, both are within our regular Palm Beach County coverage on the same pricing.

How fast will I get the photos?

Standard delivery is 48 business hours after the shoot. Rush delivery in 12–24 business hours is available as an add-on. Business hours exclude weekends and observed holidays.

How does booking and payment work?

Book instantly online with a 50% retainer and the balance due at delivery, or send a request and we'll confirm scope and price before anything is charged. Rescheduling is free with 24 hours' notice.
