How this differs from listing photography
A listing shoot is optimised for speed and completeness — every room, delivered fast, priced by square footage. An architectural shoot is optimised for craft. Fewer frames, more time per frame, and a shot list built around design intent rather than MLS coverage requirements.
That means waiting for the light a room was designed around, styling within the frame, carefully controlling reflections and mixed colour temperature, and shooting the details — joinery, tile transitions, hardware, material meeting material — that a designer's portfolio is actually judged on.

What you receive
A curated set rather than an exhaustive one: hero frames for each space, supporting angles, and detail studies. Files are delivered full-resolution with web-sized versions, suitable for print submissions, publication pitches, websites and social.
Usage is agreed up front. If a project involves multiple stakeholders — designer, builder, product supplier — tell us in advance so licensing is written correctly the first time instead of renegotiated later.
Planning an architectural shoot
These shoots benefit from a walkthrough or a shared reference set beforehand. Ideally the space is fully complete, cleaned, and free of trade activity, with styling props on site if the look calls for them. We'll advise on the best time of day per room before the date is set.

Do you shoot on a day rate or per image?
Architectural work is quoted per project because scope, styling needs and licensing vary far more than a listing shoot. Send the project details and we'll put a written scope together.
Can you photograph a project that is still partly under construction?
We can, but the results are stronger once trades are out and the space is clean. If the timeline forces an earlier shoot, we'll plan the frames around what's genuinely finished.
Can several companies use the same images?
Yes, with licensing agreed in advance. Multi-party usage — designer plus builder plus supplier — is handled as part of the quote rather than after delivery.
Do you provide styling?
We style within the frame — adjusting what's already in the space to read correctly on camera. Full prop styling is arranged separately if a project needs it.
